We are thrilled to announce a screening of From Liberty to Captivity at Saint James Episcopal Church in Lancaster (PA) on Saturday evening, September 21, 2019. This screening is being hosted by the Harriet Lane Johnston Chapter of the Daughters of the King (DOK), as part of the DOK’s ongoing efforts to bring awareness to this important issue.
Event Schedule
1:00 PM: Gathering and meet and greet with area agencies/information tables
1:45 PM: Introduction by Jen Sensenig, featured in the film
2:00 – 4:15 PM: From Liberty to Captivity Film
4:15 – 4:45 PM: Discussion
5:00 PM: Special mass in the sanctuary (optional)
Cost
A freewill offering will be taken to help cover the cost of the film screening tour.
Please note that due to the sensitivity of the topic, no unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be allowed. An option is available for parents who cannot leave their children at home, but don’t want them watching. Fun activities for children 5 years old and younger are available throughout the screening.
