We are thrilled to announce that Filmmakers Collaborative is hosting a fundraising workshop for filmmakers, which will be followed by a screening of From Liberty to Captivity at the historic Capitol Theater in Arlington, MA on June 4th!
Debbie Wright, the film’s Producer and Director, will be the workshop keynote speaker and will also answer questions after the screening of the film.
Filmmakers Collaborative has not only been From Liberty to Captivity’s fiscal sponsor from the very beginning, but its leaders and staff have supported the film’s mission and mentored the film’s Director along this miraculous journey. We are honored to partner with them on this workshop and to have the first New England screening of the film hosted by them.

The workshop is from 12:30-2:00 pm at Rule Boston Camera, 320 Nevada Street, Newton, MA. The workshop is free for Filmmakers Collaborative Members and is $25 for the general public. The film screening will be held at the Capitol Theater in Arlington, MA. The doors will open at 6:00 pm and the film screening begins at 6:30 pm. Admission to the screening is free for Filmmakers Collaborative Members and $10 for the general public.
